About Sofia
I achieved my Bachelor degree in Accountancy at the University of Buenos Aires, School of Economic Sciences in 1995. After working for eight years as a Senior Auditor in the Federal Reserve of the Argentine Republic, I decided, together with my husband, to move to Australia for a better future for our children.
I joined the Ibbotson + Moscatelli team in July 2013, after five years at another accounting firm. I am now completing the Australian Professional CPA program.
When I joined the team, I received extensive training in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for SMSF. And now, my primary focus here at I+M is working on self-managed superannuation funds.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love cooking, gardening, going out for dinner and movies, and exploring Australia and overseas.
